Case Study: Collier Center, Phoenix

Located in downtown Phoenix, the Collier Center Garage (consisting of 1476 spaces) is in the heart of the Legends Entertainment District, situated across from Talking Stick Resort Arena (Home of the Phoenix SUNS, Phoenix Mercury, Arizona Rattlers, hosting music, entertainment performing concerts, family shows and live events) and Chase Field (Home of the Arizona Diamondbacks). Collier Center became automated in December 2015, two months after ACE began managing the garage. Since then, transient revenue increased by 25% and operating expenses decreased by 27% over the same six-month period in 2015.

Case Study: Bank of America Plaza, Dallas

Dallas’ largest commercial office building with retail components near Federal and County Courthouses is supported by two garages and three surface lots. ACE tripled the transient revenue in the first two months after assuming management of this operation.
