In January, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel was named 2013 Americas Marriott Hotel of the Year. The Marriott brand gives this award to the top hotel in the Americas. Named after Conrad Hilton, the Connie Award is awarded to the top three performing hotels in the Americas. Hotels are scored on three key components: quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness and property condition, customer satisfaction scores rating staff service and guest loyalty.
