So you don’t miss a moment of U2 with Beck on Friday, September 22nd at San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium, please adhere to the below recommendations.

GATES: 5:30 PM
SHOW START: 7:30 PM

Parking Lots will open at 8:00 AM on Friday, September 22nd. Fans will be allowed to enter the stadium grounds and begin lining up at that time and no earlier. Please note that if you arrive prior to 8:00 AM on Friday, September 22nd, you will be asked to leave.

As this is going to be a capacity event, venue officials strongly urge you to take mass transit or carpool to the stadium, as traffic will be heavy.

GA FLOOR TICKET HOLDERS:
Please begin lining up at GATE L.

About Credit Card Entry: Your credit card is your ticket.
Just show the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID at the entrance and you’re in. If you purchased General Admission tickets, you will want to enter Gate L ONLY which has been set aside for credit card entry and wrist banding. Also, If you bought tickets for friends, everybody must enter together (tickets can’t be transferred to other credit cards).

RIDE SHARE (UBER/LYFT/TAXI):
A designated area has been created for all ride share drop-offs and pick-ups for this event.
The designated meeting place will be located in Lot P2.
The way to access this spot is through the BUS GATE on WARD ROAD.

Drop-off: It is strongly urged that you arrive early and use the Bus Gate

Pick-Up: Staging will begin at 9:30 PM. Any vehicles wishing to park before 9:30 PM will be subject to pay the general parking fee.

Vehicle Access will only be allowed be through the Bus Gate.

PARKING FEES: CARS: $20.00 RV/LIMO: $60.00 CASH ONLY

PHONES, CAMERAS & VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES : NOT PERMITTED: “Selfie Sticks”, Go Pro/Active Cameras, professional cameras with lens that is removable or longer than 3 inches and all video recording devices, including tablets such as an iPad. Permitted : Non professional “point and shoot” cameras, iPhones/Smart Phones, portable pre-charged cell phone chargers.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: For the visibility, comfort and safety of everyone, the following items will not be permitted within the stadium:
Personal bags larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, backpacks, banners, signs, flags, poles, sticks, selfie sticks, Go Pros, tablets, drones, fireworks, glass bottles, cans , umbrellas, strollers, hoverboards, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, seat cushions, blankets, coolers, picnic baskets, any inflatable objects, balloons, beach balls, laser pointers, flashlights, flammable objects, spray or aerosol bottles, paint, glue, scissors, tape, stickers, crafting supplies, Frisbees, sports balls , air horns, musical instruments, any noise making devices, skates, skateboards, scooters, water guns, illegal drugs and marijuana, chains, any form of weapon sharp object or projectile, outside food or beverage.

Any other items not included in this list, which are deemed inappropriate by management, can also be prohibited from entering the stadium. Final determination of permitted items will occur upon entry to the venue.

General Venue Information:

If I leave the stadium, can I come back in?
Due to security concerns exit and re-entry is prohibited at all events.

Where is “Lost and Found?”
Lost & Found is located at the Guest Services office, located on the Plaza Level between Gates F and G.

Non-show day Lost & Found is located in the Stadium Security office at Gate A. You may also call (619) 641- 3150.

Telephones: Amplified pay telephones are located on the Plaza Concourse at gates C, E and F; on the Club level at sections 8 and 34; and outside the stadium at Gate C.

Where are the First Aid stations?
First Aid is located on the Plaza Level between Gates F & G. An aid station is also located on the Plaza Level at Gate N. Emergency response teams are also posted throughout the stadium.

Can I get a transport to my seating area if I have a disability?
Wheelchairs and attendants are available at the First Aid office near Gate F on the Plaza Level. A shuttle service is available in the parking lot for guests needing assistance. Please notify the nearest ACE Parking representative or call (619) 285-9392 to request the shuttle service.

Will there be restrooms available before the show?
Yes, there will be portable restrooms, including ADA accessible portable restrooms, outside of the facility for early arrivers.

What should I do if a member of my group becomes lost?
You should contact a guest services representative and give a detailed description of the missing person. Stadium staff will then radio the description to all other employees. Children should always keep their show ticket in their pockets. Doing so will expedite reuniting lost children and their parents or guardians. If your child becomes lost, see an event staff member immediately and provide a detailed description of the child so that he/she may be found quickly.
