ACE Announces the Launch of grACE
On May 26, 2016, ACE Parking formally launched an internal women’s empowerment group, christened grACE. A brief reception was held in San Diego to officially unveil the program. grACE is a “sisterhood” organization that enables women to learn from one another, lean on each other for support, laugh together, collaborate and share in one another’s success. This collective celebration of individual talents will further strengthen our culture and advance our Company to even greater heights.
The reception opened with introductory speeches from grACE’s founding committee members, VP of Member Services, Michelle Dente, Vice President of the Hotel Division, Sasha Lally, Marketing Director, Kristin Ludwick and Executive Assistant to Managing Principal Keith Jones, Alva Whetton. Keith Jones and CEO and Vice Chairman, John Baumgardner also spoke, sharing their personal experiences at ACE, as well as their support for the grACE program.
The program will feature a formal mentorship program, small group monthly meetings and large meetings throughout the year with guest speakers.
