Q: What is the Ace App?
A: The Ace App is a parking application that will help you find parking options, hours and methods of payment.
Q: Can I pay for parking on the app at every Ace location?
A: At select locations, the app will allow for payment for daily and hourly parking and show parking availability.
Q: What are the main features of the app?
A: Main features include finding parking, getting directions to the location, mark your car, find your car, and mark lots as favorites. Additionally, at select locations you can pay for parking and view real-time parking availability.
Q: Is the app available on iPhone and Android?
Q: If I don’t have an iPhone or Android, how else can I pay for parking?
A: Customers can use the “text to pay” function, as indicated on the lot signs, or existing parking equipment.
Q: What information is on the App?
A: The App displays the location’s amenities, such as if EV chargers are available, methods of payment including if the lot takes Cash and/or Credit credit cards, has motorcycle parking, etc. The app will also display the hours of operations and in some cases rate information.
Q: How do I use the App?
A: Download the app from the iTunes or Google Play store (Ace Parking). No account setup is needed to use the app (i.e. getting directions, checking hours, etc). However, if you use the app at a location that accepts payment through the app, you will need to enter your vehicle and payment information. It is recommended to create an account during your first purchase to make future purchases quick and easy as your information will be securely saved. Q. What type of parking can I purchase through the app?
A: Currently, you can only purchase hourly and daily parking at select locations, similar to paying a pay station. In the near future, you will be able to purchase monthly parking and parking reservations.
Q. Can I add multiple cars to my account?
A: It is encouraged to add multiple vehicles to your account in order to accommodate all of your family’s vehicles.
